Blood pressure is known to be highly important. People are expected to have normal blood pressure if they want to stay healthy but it seems that there are some people who experience low blood pressure and high blood pressure.

Those who experience low blood pressure means that they are not getting enough blood going up to the brain which is a bad thing because it may cause dizziness. There are some people who may also faint because of this. Those who have high blood pressure are also at risk.

Usually, those who have it are those whose hearts are working too hard. Sometimes, those who are suffering from high blood pressure are those who are about to suffer from a stroke or a heart attack.
