What is the difference between Bagel and Bialy?

If in case you are not too familiar with what a bagel and bialy are, these are types of bread that people love to eat. A bagel is known to be round while the bialy is flat. If you would look at them, you may think that they both have holes, but actually, it is only the bagel that comes with holes.

The bialy will only come with depression. The ingredients that are used to create these two are also different. The bagel is created with the use of wheat flour, while the bialy has to be made with gluten flour. If you would look at the flour content of the two, the bagel will always have more flour content as compared to the bialy.
