If you find the condenser and capacitor to be confusing, you have to remember that these two are the same. It is just that condenser was the term used in order to refer to the capacitor. The energy that is found in capacitors can be stored in the electric field first.

Condensers, on the other hand, are stored in the electrostatic field. A condenser is known to be a type of device that converts vaporous materials into another state which is normally liquid.

Take note that a capacitor will have the ability to store an electric charge for a certain period of time. Take note that a capacitor will also indicate the arrangement of the different conductors.
