White vinegar and Distilled vinegar are two that are mostly used acidic vinegar. The distilled vinegar has been well purified when compared to the white vinegar. The white vinegar is seen to be very clear, and it is also referred to as spirit vinegar. It is made from sugarcane, while they put its extract through acid fermentation.

During this process, the chemical in it changes and becomes more acidic, as the liquid is actually oxidized. You can also make your white vinegar by acetic acid and water together. This method actually produces vinegar that is more acidic, and sourer in taste.

On the other hand, the distilled vinegar can be made from several products such as rice, wine, balsamic, kiwifruit, coconut, cane, date, honey, malt, fruit, apple cider, palm, raisin, beer, kombucha, and many more. This vinegar is generally distilled from ethanol, and it is also referred to as virgin vinegar.
