Nature is made up of different living organisms; bacteria are the largest amount of living species, bacteria are single-celled organism which has a simple cell with a low level of cell differentiation. Bacteria belong to the kingdom of Monera. Bacteria usually grow as a single cell or in a colony cell. There is no nucleus, which is the chief controller of the cell; all the genetic materials (DNA) are scattered in the cell.

There are used in industries for making bread, alcohol, and cheese. Protists are diverse organisms that possess plant, animal, and fungus characteristics. Protists are complex compared to bacteria; protists are classified under kingdom Protist and are multicellular or single-celled. The genetic material of protists is compact within an envelope. Protists are important for maintaining an equilibrium in the environment.
