Differences start in the ingredients and form: spaghetti is made of milled wheat and flour and has a long-form, noodles instead are made of eggs, flour, and water, and they are thinner and not that long. Also, spaghetti needs to be cooked in boiling water, while noodles can be prepared only pouring boiling water on them.
