What is the difference between Polyp and Medusa?

They are both similar and different. Both have tentacles and their mouth is between the tentacles but in the polyp is on the top, and in medusas in the bottom. They are specular.

Medusas with their umbrella like structure can "swim" in the water (more correct, they are swept by the water flow), the polyps instead have a cylindrical structure and they prefer to stay fixed on a rock or on othersurfaces.
