Kobe Bryant was an exceptional basketball player. He was the youngest player and still the youngest player to ever play on the NBA. Kobe was over 18years old the first time he played in January 1997 against the Dallas Mavericks. His performance was shocking as people were surprised to see an 18-year-old boy play beautifully.

He scored 12 points in his very first match. Kobe was the youngest player to appear in 1,000 games at 31 playing against the Memphis Grizzlies on February 23, 2010. He achieved a lot of successes and gained many awards and trophies. Some of this includes five NBA championships, two Olympics gold medals, and 17 NBA all-star game appearance.

This helped him gain four awards with most wins of the NBA all-star game MVP. He was also the first African-American to win an Oscar award for a best animated short film.
