If you would like to become familiar with the US judicial system, you need to be aware of the different types of the court that are available. There are two main categories namely the district court and the circuit court. The district court will be holding different types of trials. Circuit courts, on the other hand, will be in charge of trials and appeals for the various cases that have already been heard in court in the past. The district court will be in charge of deciding if the appeals will go through. If in case there are some things that cannot be solved by the District Court, it will then be forwarded to the circuit court.
