One of the critical differences between plastics and aluminum is that plastics can be molded into different shapes. An advantage of plastic over aluminum is that it does not rot. The diverse array of weather conditions poses no impact on plastic. This situation means that plastic products have a longer life than aluminum products.

Aluminum is more substantial than plastic. No supplementary materials are necessary to improve aluminum. However, plastic is harder to recycle than aluminum, as it does not decompose. When compared to plastic, aluminum is more stable. Another difference is that aluminum is a conductor of electricity, while plastics are not. Aluminum also has better quality material, which is used for making parts of planes and trains.
