Governance is known to be the process wherein people would be following a certain role of leading the whole organization so that the organization will become familiar with the rules and regulations that should be followed. Through governance, the company will have a direction with regard to what they have to do. Management is different.

This means that people would need to operate from day today. Through proper management, it will be easier to accomplish the goals that have been set for a certain day. It will also make sure that all of the people are doing their assigned tasks the way that they are supposed to.
