The steam room produces 100 percent humidity and boasts both wet heat and moist heat. It is propelled by the steam generator to heat things, and it provides a myriad of health benefits. It relaxes muscles, eases muscle tension, improves cardiovascular health, boosts respiratory functions, rejuvenates the skin, and reduces stress. It has been said that a steam room feels better than a sauna, but it all depends upon your personal preference. Sauna, on the other hand, uses dry heat to improve your health and provide a wide array of benefits. It may ease diabetes, high blood pressure, Alzheimer’s disease, and improves cardiovascular function. A sauna often has a vent at the floor next to a heat source to capture heat. The vent prevents a build-up of air, as the purpose of the sauna is to take in dry, hot air.
