IPad and Android tablet is not the same, and their differences can be noticed from those things that constitute their specs. While Android tablet is a general name for different devices with different specifications, the iPad is just the name of a single product that runs on iOS. The android tablet does not run on iOS like the iPad; rather, it uses Android. There are certain features that are present in Android tablets that cannot be found on the iPad. For instance, flash, software that allows Android tablet users to enjoy online videos does not come with iPad.

By this, iPad users can't stream online videos that are released in flash format, especially from YouTube. In fact, iPad users cannot easily get flash installed on their devices by ordinary means. Another thing that is absent in most iPad devices is what is known as a multitasking feature. While most iPad users resort to using a tweaked version of this feature, Android tablet has the real feature.
