Polyurethane and polyacrylic are known to be two different types of paint. Some may assume that they are the same in the beginning, but actually, there are some differences that you have to know so that it will be easier for you to choose the right type of paint for your needs. Polyurethane is known to be based on both oil and water.
Polycrylic is known to come with a water-based finish. Polyurethane can be your choice if you want something that will make your wood look shiny. Polycrylic is known to be a less toxic version of paint as compared to polyurethane, plus there are different sheens that are available so that you can choose the one that will be perfect for your needs.
