Synchronous means that all events are occurring in a specific order, which can be predicted. In the asynchronous process, there is no time order. An asynchronous example is music, where instruments have to play in tandem with each other in order for the song to work. An asynchronous example is driving. It is usually can be chaotic, and there is no order to it. People are allowed to drive fast and pass each other on the road, and it is not synchronous at all. To achieve an asynchronous state, the order of things needs to be planned out. The internet is another example of asynchronous. There is not much order when using the internet.
