The Kimono and the Yukata are known to be garments that are known to be used in Japan and also in different parts of the world because they are very traditional. The collar of the Kimono is soft, and it has a full width. The yukata comes with a stiffer collar, and it also has a half-width collar instead of a full one. Another difference that you will notice is the length of the sleeves of these two garments.
The Kimono’s sleeves may be changed depending on the wearer. The sleeves of the Yukata will not go beyond 50 cm, so you can be sure that the sleeves will never touch the ground. The material of the Kimono is usually more expensive as compared to the Yukata.
