An Au Pair is known to be someone who can be between 18 to 30 years old who will be requested to go to a different place to live with a family for a certain period of time. This will help the family and the Au Pair to know more about each other’s culture. At the same time, the Au Pair will have the opportunity to learn how to speak the language while also caring for the child.

A nanny is someone who is going to take care of children without the need to study various languages or to learn new things. An Au Pair will get cultural exposure in exchange for caring for the child. The nanny would need to be paid for the services that she will provide.
