What number of crew members does a company need for stability?

It takes 3 for stability. More than 3 would be preferable, but 3 is just right. A total of three people can help you out a lot. One can be a camera operator (or anything else you may need), the other one can help with camera, and the other member can be assistant manager. Its the perfect amount of people. Now dont get me wrong, if you can get more than 3 crew members, do it. The more help you can get, the better for your films and your company if you have one.
