Your values and morals are part of your behavioral aspect of life. Morals and values work hand in hand. The inborn values of a person form his or her morals. Morals refer to a belief system of deciding whether something is good or bad. Whereas, values have to do with your own personal beliefs, or maybe a kind of belief that is from within you.

The society standard would most likely judge you based on your morals rather than your values. You can be considered being immoral if you err against the moral standard, but there is really no such term for it if you err against your values; simply because it is a personal thing.

Morals are usually a sort of rules that are laid down by the elders, leaders or people of the past, which had remained over time, will still be existing thereafter. They do not really change. However, you can easily change your values or what you stand for. And values do not last long like morals.

The behavioral aspects of a person include the personal moral and values, there are few differences between moral and values because they are correlated to each other.

The moral is the inborn values; it is a system of belief that is taught for deciding right or wrong. Someone is said to be immoral if such a person has no morals. Having good morals can act as the key leading a good life in the right direction. one’ s morals can be related to a person's religion, political organization, family, and business society. Morals are normally taught in society.

Values are personal beliefs or something that comes from within. A person's values include respect, patriotism, compassion, honesty, courage, etc. Values are not set by society; it is a personal aspect that can change in regards to time and needs. Lastly, values can also be called intuition.

Morals and values are aspects of a person's inner being. Morals are a belief in what is good and bad. It knows the difference between what is good and bad and choosing what is right.

An example of a moral is always telling the truth. Another example of a moral is to not cheat on a person because it is bad to do so.

Values are principles that guide us through life and make us go on from day today. An example of a value is love, such as love for your family or love for friends. Another example of a value is being responsible.

Morals and values generally come from the inner core of the person. Morals, in particular, thrive on a system of belief that is learned for determining what is bad vs. what is good. Morals have more of an impact on our society as a whole, more so than values. Morals are deeply rooted within our hearts, while values are continually changing, which means values do not always tell us what the right thing is.

People are judged more by their moral character and goodness, not so much by their values. Another contrast between morals and values is that morals can inspire you to live a good life, while values are instilled in us from when we were children. Morals do not necessarily determine values, but they are formed because of a person's values.
