Water that comes from nature can be called normal water or regular water. On the other hand, mineral water is simple water comprised of certain minerals like calcium, magnesium, potassium, and zinc. Water comes from different sources. You can get mineral water plain or sparkling, depending upon your preference.

Water comes from rivers and lakes, which is procured only from regions that are rich in minerals. Water, which comes from a plethora of different sources, can be termed as being mineral water. You can have plain water and add the minerals to it to make it mineral water.

When you compare plain tap water to purified mineral water, there is a big difference in the taste between the two, especially if you are a water snob. Tap water does not have a very clean or refreshing taste. Mineral water and bottled water, on the other hand, has a clean, fresh taste, which is quite thirst-quenching and refreshing.

Water and Mineral water are both similar in that both contain two hydrogen atoms and one oxygen. However, water is different from mineral water because the latter has other kinds of minerals in it. Another name for water is regular or normal water, and it is gotten freely from nature. On the other hand, mineral water has other substances that have been added either artificially or naturally. The normal water can become mineral water by the addition of some nutrients. You might not notice any difference between regular water and mineral water because the latter contains dissolved minerals. The most common minerals that are found in mineral water are calcium, zinc, magnesium, and iron. Mineral water that has been treated or made artificially contains more nutrients compared to regular water. Unlike water that is gotten freely, you will need to pay for mineral water.

Water and mineral water are different in the sense that they come from different places. When you say mineral water, you are referring to water that comes from underground reservoirs. Mineral water is normally fresh, and it would not undergo chemical processing.

This explains why there are some people who would only choose to drink mineral water. Expect that mineral water will also come with a lot of minerals that may actually turn out to be good for the body, such as calcium, sodium, and magnesium.

Regular drinking water is the type of water that has been processed so that it will be safe for drinking. It might not have minerals anymore, but most drinking water types have already been purified as to not cause any issues in the long run.
