Excellence means to perform a task in the best way possible, while perfection is the high standard, we tend to hold ourselves to, which can sometimes be disappointing or unrealistic. However, excellence is the best way to bridge the gap between the two. Excellence can even come close to perfection, but it might not be exactly perfect.

Also, the definition of what perfect looks like is different to many people. Excellence is more attainable, and it is always worth it to try. Perfection, on the other hand, is far more complicated. Perfection might look something like the figure skaters who compete in the winter Olympics.

Excellence may also be an attempt to be better than you usually are, and it can inspire you to go further into achievement every time you try. Most people think that perfection is an unachievable dream. However, it might not be impossible if you work hard enough.

Excellence refers to a result of doing that is highly rated. It is a kind of achievement you attain when you try your best. Meanwhile, perfection means being 100% rated, that is, there is no mistake, nor almost, it must be to precision. Excellence is what many, if not all people, can achieve. Meanwhile, perfection is scarcely achieved; only very few people achieve this once in a while. You can be accurate, which means you are excellent, but with perfection, there must be precision. It is more of a general idea accepted by men that God is the creator of the universe, and He had done it all perfectly. Meanwhile, scientists have only been close to excellence in achieving the things made by God. For example, God created man, and the scientists have tried to come up with something similar, which is the robot, but they have not been perfect at it. Excellence is considered to be morally achievable, while perfection is more of a fantasy and usually leads to frustration.

When you say “excellence,” you are referring to something that has been done quite well. It may be one of the best things that you have seen of that item or the service that you have received. You barely have anything negative to say about it.

When you say “perfection,” this means that everything is done impeccably. This means that the product or the service was done flawlessly that there is absolutely nothing bad that you can say because everything about it is the best.

Sometimes, excellence is referred to as “doing something the best way possible.” When you say perfection, this means making sure that everything is 100%.

Excellence simply refers to the act of performing a task to get the best result as much as possible; whereas, perfection deals with having a hundred percent achievement. When it comes to achieving excellence, this can be achievable by all humans, but on the other hand, only on a seldom basis will any human be able to reach perfection. As a matter of fact, as much as it seems, only God can attain perfection. This can be seen in the way He has created everything such that the things He created are uniquely made by Him.

As it seems like a man might not be able to achieve perfection, he has been excellent by creating machines that could produce perfect results. Excellence simply means achieving relatively the best one can and still have it in mind that someone else might meet up and beat that best later, while perfection is achieving something unique and flawless, of which it has no better side.
