The way women are treated in Ireland gets better as time goes by. The way the Irish women of this present generation are being treated is still very much better than the way the generations before were being treated. This is actually due to the fact that gender equality, which was not really respected, is now gaining ground in this civilized world. Up till now, the Irish women actually do not have the full right as the men.

No! I should say the gender equality or rights of the women have not been fully maximized. It still seems as though the men are donating most of their sectors. The Irish men still dominate the business sector, politics, and relatively every other sector of the country. Even when it comes to paying, that is salary; the Irish women still seem to be paid less than their men. Gender equality has not yet been fully achieved in Ireland.
