Malnutrition is a condition that results from eating one or more nutrients either too much or less. Malnutrition can be called undernutrition, undernourishment, and overnutrition.

When a person is malnourished, it can causes permanent problems with physical and mental development by increasing the risk of infection and infectious disease. Malnutrition shows in a different part of the body like the face, eyes, mouth, teeth, skin cardiovascular, and hair, etc.

Malnutrition can be eradicated majorly when government and non-government organizations embrace partnerships. Other factors can help prevent malnutrition like food security, food sovereignty, economics, increase in the access of health facilities, use existing platforms to create awareness about malnutrition.

Also it is important to listen to the communities in regards to their needs, create awareness for mothers about breastfeeding on how it can reduce the rate of malnutrition and death in children.

Malnutrition simply refers to a state whereby the body is lacking adequate and needed nutrients for the proper functioning of the body. Some things, such as poor dieting, disease, or digestive conditions, are the causes of malnutrition in the body. However, some means whereby malnutrition can be eradicated in the world practically are by making unhealthy food less available, thus making them even more expensive. Also, more healthy food should be lobbied into the market, and probably making them cheaper.

The partnership between or among governmental and non-governmental organizations is also very crucial to eradicating malnutrition. After all, there is a saying that 'united we stand, divided we fall.' Through this, experiences can be shared across several organizations and fields, thus leading to the acquisition of wider knowledge on how to efficiently and effectively eradicate malnutrition. Direct interventions should also be put into place. These include hand-washing practices, complementary feeding, and breastfeeding.
