Headaches are a medical condition that anyone can experience at any time. It can vary from a minor headache to a more extreme one, resulting to a migraine. The reason that a person might experience a headache may also vary. One reason is the tightening of muscles around the neck and head. This leads to pain and tension in those areas. Another reason for headaches are changes in lifestyle.

Some of the reasons you are having headaches may include: Tightening of muscles around the head and the neck, which results in tension and pain. When the levels of these hormones change or fluctuate, a headache may occur. Genetics or hereditary, it can be passed down from parents to children and follows like that.
