Yes, Igloos have chimneys. Chimneys are ventilation structures, usually at the top of a structure used for emitting smoke or toxic gases for a building. Remember that Eskimos have fat lamps and make a fire in the igloos, which are used as a source of light and heat. These lamps emit carbon monoxide. Carbon monoxide is a toxic gas that can cause suffocation and possible death. Chimney on igloos helps emit the gas.

Chimney also helps to provide air circulation inside the igloos. Without chimneys and windows, it is possible for igloos to melt. The chimney helps to transfer heat from inside the igloos to the outer environment. This helps prevent igloos from melting. In summary, igloos have a chimney, and the chimney plays important roles in emitting toxic gases, provide air circulation, and help keep the igloos from melting.

Igloos have both chimneys and windows, and they are made from either animal gut or freshwater ice to cultivate one or a few rectangular windows in the igloo. The window is, of course, a source of light, and the igloo also contains a small chimney. This chimney is a very simple variable of the igloo, which is made of a hole cut off at the top of the igloo, assisting airflow.

Without a chimney, the igloo would melt, and that is how necessary it is to have a chimney in an igloo. If the house becomes too cold, the inhabitant will fill in the chimney with leather or moss. If it becomes too warm, they could make the chimney broader.

Igloo houses have a chimney. The chimney exists in the form of a hole at the top side of the igloo building. The chimney is a very important part of the igloo house, and it has some functions. The chimney prevents the igloo from melting. Without a chimney, an igloo can become too warm, and which can most likely start melting the ice, then the whole chimney would collapse in no long time. When the igloo house seems to get too warm, the chimney would be widened so as to allow the inlet of the cold breeze.

Also, on the other hand, when the igloo is getting too cold, the chimney can be covered with leather, either fully or partially. Therefore, the chimney is an essential part of the igloo house. There are three major holes or spaces that are part of the igloo house, which are the crawl entrance, window, and chimney. They are all very important parts of the igloo house.
