There will always be population growth, but all population growth is not good. Sometimes this can lead to overpopulation, and there are two main reasons for this. One is that humans are living longer than expected. The second is more babies being born than expected. These two go hand in hand with overpopulation. One effect that overpopulation can have on a country is that it can increase housing costs.

In an overpopulated area, more and more people will be looking for a place to stay, which will increase the costs of homes. Along with that, the middle class and poor classes will increase in number because, in overpopulated regions, it is more difficult to obtain and maintain jobs.

Population growth has been on the rise since the beginning of this century, and it has put a damper on the health of the economy because there are limited resources to support it. An excessive amount of people can provide a workforce that has the capability to produce goods and services.

However, in some cities, rapid growth leads to an increase in housing prices and heavy traffic. Government officials work hard to boost the middle- class population in every area, while they also have to handle the growing problem of struggling schools and buildings which have been neglected.

Overpopulation is always considered to impact the growth of a country’s economy negatively. Overpopulation just comes with so many issues that will surely affect how a country thrives. For example, a country may rely on its natural resources that it will export to other parts of the world so that it will have enough budget to build a better quality of life for its people.

However, people in this country need those natural resources in order to survive. The items that should have bought money to the country will not be available anymore. Overpopulation may also have an effect on possible companies who may like to invest in a country.
