Epstein was also granted leniency during his prior convictions because of the elite social circle he ran in, and his famous colleagues vouched for him. His special favor was frowned upon, as he was permitted to take numerous and elaborate trips on his corporate jet while serving probation. He had also donated money to shady and questionable societies — one in which he shared his plans to impregnate multiple women at his ranch in New Mexico.
