The type of food that everyone should eat every day is well-balanced diet food, rich in nutrients but low in sugar and calories. A set of very important kinds of food to consume every day are fruits, most especially, banana, cucumber, watermelon, oranges, and pineapple. They help in preventing risk against cancer and diabetes, and aid digestion and better performance of the heart. Seeds and nuts should also be consumed on a daily basis, as they supply nutrients like minerals, protein, and healthy fats to the body. In addition, go for sweet potatoes, broccoli, teas, oats, and an egg daily. Take these ones in the right proportion, and take water regularly.
