Will article 370 benefit our citizens?

There are some rumors stating that Article 370 will probably be scrapped soon and people have mixed feelings about this. Article 370 states that Jammu and Kashmir will have a special status but it has always been stated that this is more of a temporary thing rather than permanent.

The different rules, regulations, and laws that are being followed in Jammu and Kashmir are different as compared to the rest of the laws that are being followed in other parts of India. According to this, residents from the other states of India will not be able to purchase properties from Jammu and Kashmir. If this is removed, this means that the state will be independent of India which can cause further issues in the long run.
