The various nutrients you are going to get from the beef of a cow depends on what it eats. Grass-Fed Beef is beef that comes from cows that are fed with grass, while Grain Fed Beef refers to beef that comes from cows that are supplied with grains; this is quite common in the United States. The significant difference between the two types of beef is the nutrient in them.

Grass-fed beef does not have much fat in it, while grain-fed beef has a lot of fat in it. As a result of this, you should expect little calories from grass-fed beef. Both types of meat contain nutrients like vitamin B3, B6, and B12, zinc and selenium, protein, etc. However, grass-fed beef seems to have more nutrients compared to grain-fed beef. In the United States, grass-fed beef is more expensive than grain-fed beef, and it may be otherwise in other parts of the world.
