PMS means premenstrual syndrome. It means the psychological and physical discomfort experienced by women between the period of ovulation and some days before menstruation. At times, these symptoms can go before or after the actual start of the menstrual period. Different symptoms like tiredness, nausea, the formation of aches, and cramps can be experienced by women, but they are for a short period of time.
