Hip-hop is a form of music, particularly rap music belonging to the Afro American Urban youth culture. Hip-hop music is known for its simplicity since it is mostly about freestyling, rapping, and a type of dance known as breakdancing. There is no much technicality involved in playing hip-hop. This type of music is majorly used as a tool to share one's true-life experience with other people. Hip-hop can be used to make some corrections in the political atmosphere.

Ballet, on the other, is a classical form of dance, and at times, the presentation of such dancing can be accompanied by music. Ballet seems more complex than hip-hop because its something you have to give your attention before you can be skilled in it.
