Dextroamphetamine and Adderall are both medicines that belong to the psychostimulants group. These medicines are used to administer narcolepsy, which is an abnormality of the sleep-wake cycle, and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). These medicines help to increase attention span and promote wakefulness, and they should not be taken until there is proper medical consultation.
