Chlorine and bleach are most times used interchangeably, this is because their uses are relatively the same. Chlorine is an element which can combine with other elements to form compounds. Due to the various properties of chlorine, it can be used for a lot of things. It is mostly used in the treatment of water to kill bacteria and other organisms. It is also used to remove stain and color in clothes.
