What is the difference between WLAN and WWAN?

WWAN and WLAN are both forms of wireless networks which provide connectivity on the run. The major difference between WWAN and WLAN is their extent of coverage. WLAN is an acronym for Wireless Local Area Network which covers just little area like an office or a home.
