Circle and eclipse are mostly discussed in mathematics, and they usually come with problems that are technical most times. However, there are some differences between the circle and the eclipse. A ring is a two-dimensional geometric figure, a line, consisting of the set of all those points in a plane that are equally distant from another point. All the points in a circle equidistant from the center of the circle. This means they must have equal value when you measure the distance between each point from the center of the circle. A circle also has a diameter that divides the circle into two.

Any line linking the center of a circle with any part of the circumference is called Radius. Eclipse, on the other hand, is when the plane cuts through the axis of a cone in an orthogonally way. Unlike the circle where all the points are equidistant, points in eclipse are not equidistant from the center of the circle
