The commonest element on Jupiter is the hydrogen element. Jupiter is said to consist of primarily two kinds of elements, which are hydrogen and helium. Hydrogen makes up 75% of the planet's mass, while helium also makes up 25% of the mass of the planet.

At a point in time, Jupiter was referred to as the gas planet. And these characteristic makes Jupiter to be closely compared to the sun of all the bodies that make up the solar system. Hydrogen, actually, is the most abundant gas or element in the whole universe.

It is also the simplest element with only one proton and one electron and without a neutron. It is a unique harmless element. Jupiter, being the fifth and biggest planet, has a different makeup composition from that of the earth. Its outer part is majorly made of hydrogen. This characteristic or feature is similar to that of the planet Saturn as well.

The correct answer to this question is hydrogen. This element makes up about 90% of the planet. The other 10% of the planet is made up of helium, as well as other small gases. Out of all the planets in the solar system, Jupiter is the largest one.

It is not as close to the sun, as it is the fifth planet from the sun. However, it has the second highest amount of hydrogen, which follows the Sun. Scientists often refer to this planet has the gas giant, due to the amount of hydrogen and helium that makes up the planet.

The correct answer to this question is hydrogen. 90% of Jupiter is made up of hydrogen. The hydrogen is made in the form of solid and liquid. Out of all the planets in the universe, Jupiter is the largest one. From the Sun, Jupiter is the fifth planet. Compared to the Sun, Jupiter has more hydrogen. Along with that, Jupiter is made of gas. It also does not have any solid on the surface.

Many people refer to Jupiter as the gas giant planet, because of the fact that it is mostly made of hydrogen. Along with hydrogen, Jupiter is made up of 10% helium.

The correct answer to this question is hydrogen. Jupiter is mainly made of two elements. The majority of it is made of hydrogen. In fact 90% of Jupiter is made up of hydrogen. 10% of Jupiter is made of helium.

Then, there is a small percentage of Jupiter that is made up of other elements. All of these elements are the reason why the planet of Jupiter is known to be a gas giant.

Jupiter differs from the other planets because there has not been one person to land on Jupiter. Attempts have been made, but they will only sink into Jupiter's center.

Jupiter is the fifth world from the sun, and the solar system's largest planet. The most common place element found on Jupiter is hydrogen. Jupiter is also comprised of helium and has traces of ammonia, rock, water, and methane. These elements are found in trace amounts.

It is a gas titan with a mass one-thousandth of the sun, but two and a half times that of all the other planets in the solar system combined. Jupiter is also one of the brightest objects in the night sky, and it has been well-known to ancient civilizations since before recorded history.

The most common element that can be found in Jupiter is hydrogen. In fact, once you know that this is the most common element, it will be easier to know details about the planet. It also comes with helium but this element is not as abundant as hydrogen.

According to experts, Jupiter has components that will make it more common with the sun as compared to the other planets that can be found in the solar system. What makes this planet not habitable is the fact that it has a very thin atmosphere. It is also a known fact that a lot of life forms that are living on earth right now would need oxygen and this is an element that cannot be found in Jupiter at this point.

The commonest element on Jupiter is hydrogen, but not the only hydrogen; helium also is considered the commonest element on Jupiter. Jupiter happens to be the biggest planet in the universe. Though it is the fifth planet to the sun, it is said to have the highest amount of hydrogen after the sun. Jupiter, as well, is made up of gas, and it does not have any solid surface.

This planet is also referred to as the gas giant planet. The planet is made up of hydrogen and helium basically; meanwhile, inside Jupiter, hydrogen can be found to be of liquid and solid like form. As a matter of fact, the most common elements that dominate the whole universe, even the earth, are hydrogen and helium.

Jupiter has a huge red spot and also consists of 67 moons. In the solar system, the fastest spinning planet also happens to be Jupiter, but it takes Jupiter 11.86 years of the earth to complete just a single revolution around the sun. Jupiter has a ring, just like Saturn.

Hydrogen takes up 90% of the atmosphere of Jupiter, 10% of helium and a very little percentage of other elements that is why this planet is also known as a gas giant. Unlike other planets and the moon, no one has not landed on Jupiter’s surface as this has no solid ground to step onto.

Astronauts and spacecraft that will attempt to make a landing will only sink into the center of this giant planet. There are no proven pieces of evidence how solid the core of Jupiter might be as this is too big and no concrete ground for a spacecraft or a space device to roam on.
