Democracy and dictatorship are different terms and styles of governance, which depends on who holds power and the distribution of electricity. The leader in a dictatorship style of management, is called a dictator. He, most times, and probably very few individuals have a say in the community of the place of leadership, either an organization or a state. The dictator has the final say, and the voice of the citizens or masses are not reckoned with.

A dictatorship style of leadership seems to be more efficient, though, because decisions are made without wasting time, and laws are forcefully enforced on the masses irrespective. On the other hand, the democracy style of governance is more flexible. It is defined as a government of the people, by the people, and for the people. This style of leadership recognizes the voice of the citizens. It is more or less like people making their choices, and the leader decides and implements law based on people’s choice. People can have and manage their properties through democracy is not as efficient as a dictatorship.
