Yes, there is a major difference between IVF and IUI treatment; also, both are very different from a cost perspective. And if you see the IVF treatment procedure, then IVF involves many health-related, and treatment-related factors like in IVF treatment men and women egg and semen samples are taken and fertilized tougher to create embryos and after that those embryos are put directly into women's womb.
