What is the difference between Viber & Tango?

It was made by Rakuten Viber which is part of the Rakuten Inc. company. It can be used with an Android, iOs, Windows, Windows 10 Mobile, and the Blackberry 10 OS.

It also allows you to send photos and videos, and it allows people to call people internationally, but it costs money to do that. Tango is also a way of instant messaging someone using a voice over. However, it can be used on iPhones. Tango allows its users to use it for a video call. However, Viber does not do video calls.
