SQL is the structured query language, and it is a language that is used in computer programming to sort through and store data on the computer. In this language, you can view and table. They are very similar because they both create a schedule. They have columns and rows in them where you can input things and categorize and sort it.

However, they do have differences, including that a view is on top of the table, and the data is not actually in the view part. It is only on the table itself. The stand holds the data, but the view lets the person see it. Whenever you need to add data to the table, add it to the table and not the view.
