Brown bread is considered to be a type of bread that comes with the different parts of the grain. This means that it still contains the endosperm, the bran, and the germ, that is usually needed by the body.

Brown bread is considered to be a type of bread that comes with the different parts of the grain.
This might mean that the brown bread may contain more nutrients but calorie-wise, it is not much different from the white bread which is more processed but would usually come with a certain taste that people will prefer more as compared to brown bread. Whether you would like to eat brown or white bread would still be up to you. It will also depend on how healthy you are and what level of health you would like to achieve.
