Beer is a beverage made from yeast, hops, malt, and water. It contains a certain amount of alcohol. Wheat and grains of barley are the malts that are popularly used, though rice and corn can also be used as substitutes. Spices, herbs, or even fruits can also be included among the ingredients, depending on the kind of beer you want to make. On the other hand, Lager is usually brewed from yeasts; they are pure alcoholic beverages brewed for a long period of time at a very low temperature of about 2 to 10 degrees Celsius.

There are several kinds of lagers, which include bocks, pilsna, maerzen, and doppelbock. Pilsna is one of the most popular lagers well known in some areas. Pilsna originated from Pilsen town in the Czech Republic; it was the first beer which was not cloudy. In addition, lager happens to be a kind of beer, while beer is a general term used for particular kinds of alcoholic beverages.

Lager, like other types of beer, has a simple and mild flavoring which is why it is mostly consumed by people, plus it is affordable to buy. It has a light color compared to the color of other types of beer.
