The correct answer to this question is Neuroplasticity. This term may also be referred to as plasticity. It is how the brain's neural pathways are organized. When changes like learning new information or memorizing new things occur, it is neuroplasticity. This includes all of the changes that occur over a person's lifetime.

Though it includes all the changes, some plasticity is more dominant. It may be dominant in a part of a person's life and less dominant in another part of a person's life. There are many cells of the brain that are involved in the process in neuroplasticity. This includes vascular cells, neurons, and gila.
