What was your first job?

My first job is to create business letters that can be translated by Koreans so that they can send business letters to other people. I would just create different business letters; then, they would approve the letters and pay me. It actually lasted for about seven months, and since it was my first job, I was not very careful about the money.

I remember that I spent like there was no tomorrow because I felt that the money was always going to be there. Years later and several jobs later, I am more careful with my money now, but I am not earning as much as I used to with my first job. Hopefully, things will improve for me in the future.

My very first job that was with a company was working for a publishing company that was in walking distance of my high school. When I was a sophomore, I worked at a publishing company at an office. I did a variety of clerical tasks. It was a good first job. Before that, I worked by babysitting but I didn’t work for a company.

I babysat for many different families who needed a babysitter on weekends or at night. I started babysitting while I was in middle school and continued into high school until I was a junior. Then I started working in offices. Sometimes, I did both. Then I started working at a daycare for a short period of time.
