Udon is usually very thick while the soba noodles are thinner. The color of soba is typically light to dark brown, and they are generally flat. In terms of appearance alone, you can already tell the difference between the two. Udon noodles come with a mild flavor, and they are usually served in soups or are deep-fried. Soba can also be used in salads.
Udon and Soba are two special types of noodles in Japan. These noodles are very delicious when properly cooked. Udon and Soba are an important part of Japanese dishes.
