You might feel some fat under your skin especially in the tummy area. Some competitive bodybuilders still have fat because it is necessary for fueling the body. Obesity, on the other hand, is a condition wherein a person has a BMI (Body Mass Index) of 30 or over. Normally, a person should only have a BMI between 25 and 29 that is proportional to their height and weight.
