Which countries in Europe are developed?

Europe is the sixth largest continent in the world and it houses a number of developed and wealthy countries. What classifies a country to be a developed country is beyond the use of GDP per capita of the country. Developed countries are countries with improved economy, high infrastructure facilities, good educational system and a great level of policing strategies in order to maintain peace and stability in the country.
