Bahrain is one of the few countries that respect women participation in societal activities a lot. Women in Bahrain are well treated. This is due to the fact that most of them are educated and they are generally publicly active than women in other Arab countries. We have a quite number of them who are public figure, their impacts in the society can never be underestimated.

Women in Bahrain do not only have right to vote but also to be voted for. There are quite a number of them in politics. Though there is gender inequality in the country, but that does not mean women are less important than men in the country. Bahrain men respect their women a lot because most of them are supportive. Women don't get harassed sexually more frequently in the country and it is because their mode of dressing is a type that promotes decency.
