There are many things Elizabeth Taylor will be remembered for. She would be certainly be remembered for her success as an actress, also as a philanthropist and humanitarian and most especially her violet color eyes, a condition that is very rare. For many years now a lot of questions have been asked about the realness of the violet color of Taylor's eyes. Many people had eulogized and appreciated the violet color of the late Taylor's eyes. Based on research, the late actress eyes are the most searched in the world, with a total number of 27,100 searches per month.

Part of many things that accounted for the huge popularity and fame enjoyed by Elizabeth Taylor apart from her acting career was her violet color eyes, in fact a perfume launched in 2010 was named after her eyes color. However, study shows the color of Taylor's eyes was dark blue but only appears violet when the ray of light reflects on them
